Mendeleev Communications - Change of PublisherThis is an important announcement for subscribers and readers of this well-known journal:The journal Mendeleev Communications (ISSN: 0959-9436) will be published in partnership with Elsevier instead of Turpion Ltd, with effect from the first issue of 2007. Elsevier will be responsible for the journal's subscription fulfillment and distribution, and for hosting the journal's electronic content on its platform ScienceDirect and providing full online services. Customers should consult http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/contact.librarians/regional and send their renewal orders for 2007 to the relevant address. Submitting authors should continue to deal directly with Mendeleev Communications Editorial office at edit@mendcomm.org. Turpion Ltd will continue to provide online services to the existing and former subscribers via its website www.turpion.org until the end of March 2007, so that there will be no disruption during the renewal season. Every effort will be made to ensure that the transition runs smoothly. Turpion Ltd will follow its 'perpetual access' arrangement and will supply the subscribing institution ('Print+Online' and 'Online Only' options) with archival CD-ROM containing all the licensed material in digital format for the period from 1991 through 2006.
